    Advanced inspected a large home where a water had leaked for a long period of time. They were quick to get in the property and evaluate the damage. They had mold testing done and results back to us the next day. Two days later we had a detailed report on what was damaged and a protocol on how to get it fixed. Advanced saved us time and additional expense by being quick and thorough in their evaluation. No wonder they are top rated in our area.
    I had to come back and add to this review. I've been dealing with Insurance company adjuster who wants an engineers letter to remove a mud set marble floor that he says is not an issue. I sent a copy of Steve's report to the Insurance company. Today, 5 days after receiving Steve's report they authorized us to remove the nearly 4000 sq feet of flooring. Steve had proved, in his initial report, the floor was bad. Saved us untold delay and 10000's. Right up there with the best money I've ever spent!!!
